Well today was really quite nice, I slept in for the first time in forever and enjoyed doing little but pilates, practicing and watching tv. Until my 6 o'clock call that is. Well, thankfully my blood pressure was normal today, 120/80, so that's fine.
But, my hip is killing me!! I have been letting out yells while walking down stairs... that's not me, I can usually grin and bear pain. Well I have another appointment tomorrow... the saga continues. -

So, I'm taking it easy today. I've had this sore throat since I got back. It has been accompanied by some delightful headaches...
At first I thought I was dehydrated, then I thought I hurt myself singing. I still sound bad.
Today I woke up feeling awful, and I fear I may actually be sick... here's hoping all I need is some rest.
