Relax
I think that my being stressed has exacerbated the pain in my shoulder. I didn't think that I was stressed but after taking a good series of deep breaths at work my muscles loosened up. Pain and tightness seems to be gone. Everything is as it should be for the moment. -

I stayed up way to late watching Intervention and this show about OCD. I think I went to bed around eleven and I was hurting when it was time to get up at five. I will be hitting the bed at a decent time tonight... I hope. -

Getting my "new notebook" turned into a small ordeal. Fry's ended up trying to give me this refurbished dinosaur. It was supposed to be an upgrade since they could not fix my notebook that was under warranty. I didn't like what they chose for me. It was silver and huge. I have been eating a lot lately. I don't know why either. It seems like I am not getting enough but I am pretty sure my servings are correct. It might be emotional eating. I don't know. I am glad that all the ice cream sandwiches are gone.
I don't want to go to work tomorrow. -

I am tired. I cannot sleep. I have a headache. I think way to much. I came downstairs to take an aspirin and decided to get online. Hopefully by the time I head back up I will be ready to sleep. -
Still tired
I took the half of a sleeping pill last night around six. I had the greatest sleep that I have had in a few nights until exactly 2:37am. I was wide awake but I didn't have to get up until five or five thirty. O deities why do thy torture me? Seriously what the hell!? Next time I will either take the pill later or take the whole pill. I am really tired. I have not been sleeping the past few nights. It a side result of being stressed. I had to break down and take a sleeping pill. I cut it in half so that I will get a good nights sleep but not wake up groggy. -

I went to see Eclipse with friends today. It was pretty good. I wish Bella wasn't such a cock tease though. I mean can she just play the field and not commit?
