I just wanted to let folks know that I’m back in Seattle... sort of.

It was a long and lovely summer down south, but my parched body was longing for the northwest… Much too much to retell in a place such as this. Lots of catching up to do with so many of people.

FINALLY!!!

I have a home -- I'll be living at Pacho. I am transforming from a closet elf to a basement elf.  I have the most amazing friends!!! (I love you, Liz)
I have a job -- I've started working at Peet's Coffee Green Lake

Thank you to all who've been so supportive the last few months.

today i locked myself out of my car for the first time in at least two years.

this entails laying on the ground grappling for the vague memory of a spare key somewhere under my car.

on the wettest day of the year.

mud. oil. puddle. rain.

woot!

now for a hot shower!

I have been blessed by excessive amounts of amazing things in my everyday life down here... but the past couple of weeks have been particularly incredible. Thank you world.

I went to a vintage ball (Gaskell) with Parker, John, Jen and other Parkers and associates. I wore a hoop skirt! a danced my bloomers off.

I'm going to be at home for the rest of the day and most of the evening.... sorting and packing.  This is an invite for company.  I will make tea or cocoa if you come over.  The companionship would be wonderful.
