The city stretches on forever, reaching out in the darkness, spreading like spilled blood on white silk. Someday soon the cities will join and bleed into one another and we will have chased away the black of night and the stillness of the forested plain. Thank you! Have you been writing anything lately? I know you've been going through some of life's citrus recently and I think the only thing I pull out of stuff like that which is positive (besides life change realized much later) is the effect it has on my writing.

You're welcome! Not too much writing, sadly -- I started working on a short story 'collection' early this summer, then lost the files when my laptop went into the shoppe for two months. I start a lot of things but never finish. What about you? And are you doing NaNo this year? (Third time's the charm, maybe?)
