Well...today was rather uneventful. Running outside in 90 degree weather totally blows. I managed to go 2 miles without stopping to pass out, throw up, or die...so I guess that's okay. Not my best and I'll most definitely have to work on that. But I must say...12 hours in that heat will be loads of fun
