Today was an odd range of activities and emotions. I have been horribly sick all day with food poisoning or something and therefore have been tossing my cookies every hour on the hour and sometimes a few times in between. I have a gig tomorrow night and I'm sick. I've been sick since sunday evening and I'd hoped I'd be better by now but I just keep getting worse. The Blonde Redhead concert was cancelled at the last minute. I found out about five minutes before leaving to pick Chesley up at the train station. I was SUPER bummed! I spent the weekend on a sail boat with Christy, her boyfriend Adam, her father Jim, and her three brothers. It was so much fun. We took about five hours or more to sail into Mystic seaport and then went into town for some ice cream, took a quick dip in the pool and hot tub, and then grilled up some burgers.
