Well, we've been home owners for a year now. I also haven't posted to LJ since that one crazy day - the moving in period was very busy, then we got to home improvement projects, then my kidney issues kicked in through the winter and spring, had to operations, and then a few months of making up for lost time.

We have an accepted offer on a house, which is exciting for us. The inspection is Thursday, which should really be the last point where anything bad can come up. Knock on wood.
