last night the power went out sometime around 2am. the entire block was dark. i watched the lights go out in the highrise buildings across the block. garrett when out to see and he said it was dark for blocks...all the way to the park. it had been totally quit before the power outage...but as soon as the lights when out, there were sirens, people ( Read more... )
