Well, you can think about it this way.

No one else feels in control (at least all the time), so you can at least feel in control by knowing that you aren't / don't feel in control...

Of course, I don't know what you're referring to, but hey...

Ok ... two things. First, you can't control the things around you (obvious). Second, you can control yourself.

I personally kind of like the fact that I can't control the things around me. It keeps me on my toes and makes life interesting. I like the fact that I can control myself. This means if something happens and I don't make the right decision, then hopefully the next time a similar situation presents itself I will have the control to do the right thing.

So like the others have said ... no one is in control. Appreciate life for that little fact/coincidence.

You can however control yourself, so make the best of this ability and help improve the life of those around you.

how'd yours go??

mine was an interesting mix of conservatives, Christians, hicks, closeted gays and drunks.

always makes for an awkward silence.
