My lower back (on the left side) is killing me. I'm scared it's a kidney infection, but my symptoms don't match up. It's a dull ache, not sharp pains and I'm having no trouble urinating, no fever or anything else.

I've never had back problems and can't recall anything I've done recently that would have pulled a muscle in that area.

Could someone please help this technically challenged person with some icon goodness? I'd like something made with the pic of Shelby in her butterfly costume that is on my November 4th post.
