D.C is too much fun. Tasha dragged me up there, but I had a great time. I got to meet Brenda Imade Eribo, one of the founders of Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority, Inc. and hang out with B. founder of the Pi chapter at the University of Virginia. I took a short journey to the mountains today to collect some produce from the local fruit stands. I also had the chance to see the homeplace of Andy Griffith. I have never seen an episode of the famous show based on the nearby Mt. Airy, but I confess that I absolutely love to watch his later show Matlock. I could watch Matlock all day. Last night was the premier of CSI: New York. Here is my review. One word can describe the show . . .Dark! CSI, the original, is a great show. CSI: Miami is pretty good too. I'm not sure where it was located in the house when it first arrived, but it was ugly and scary. It was a hideous arrangement of silk flowers whose names were unknown to me as a child. Last Wednesday, September 15, 2004 was Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. Now, being raised in a Christian family and being taught that the Jews were the ones who crucified Christ, many Jewish New Years have passed without my knowledge.
