LOL, you know so little about me that you didn't even know that I have a family or where my husband is on Judaism. So your thoughts about "my case" are as valuable to me as those of a random clueless internet stranger.
Maybe your daughter was rolling her eyes when she heard the teacher's logic. Maybe you can point out to your daughter that Rubsahkin was convicted by a jury, not a judge, or maybe you could point out some of the evidence against him. Or you could tell her that yes there are corrupt judges, like the ones in Wilkes-Barre who were recently convicted, or the Chicago judges who were busted some years ago during the Greylord scandal, or some federal judges who were impeached, but that the fact that they were caught tends to show that the American system polices itself. Besides if the teacher means they're corrupt in the sense they take bribes, then how does she know something that you didn't learn in three years of law school? By doing those things you might begin to imbue a sense of cynicism in your daughter, if she didn't already have it.
Maybe you could say something to the principal about how since you're a lawyer you know that the legal system has its drawbacks, but you'd rather not have a teacher implying to your daughter that you're part of an entirely corrupt system.

During the Rubashkin mess, the school was having kids say Tehillim for Rubashkin. One of my kids was NOT saying Tehillim, and his rebbe called him to task on it. My son told him "My Tatty and Mommy said Rubashkin did terrible things and deserves to be in jail, so I'm not going to say Tehillim for him. If there's a choleh, I'll say for that person instead. Or if I have to, I'll say Tehillim that he should do teshuva but I'm not saying that he should get out." We didn't hear boo from the school, but we did get a couple of yasher koach's from parents of other kids who overheard the exchange.
Some suggestions

1. Stress to the principal that the Rebbe's message of ahavas yisroel is super-important to your family, and ask how the school teaches it. Mention that you want to be sure that your daughter will know how to show ahavas yisroel to EVERY Jew, regardless of their movement affiliation
