 I think it is really sad that the only place for philosophers these days is on a psychiatrist's couch.

It is quite saddening. I've actually been thinking about getting my minor in philosophy, but then I realized: where is this going to take me?

the world is a place for philosophers :). each time an individual reaches up into their consciousness and grabs a little piece insight they could be tapping into a real, universe-wide consciousness that exists in the air and everywhere throughout space. who knows! but i can't help but feel at times that i'm tapping into something secret yet completely visible to everyone..some real truth in this world, a world which so often feels completely void of answers
