Trip to Maryland...
My brief visit to Maryland was, in a word, awesome. Perhaps the most "wonderful" vacation I've ever had. Alice in Wonderland
Saw "Alice in Wonderland" with the girls (Lauren, Steph, Bekah and her sister) the other night. Overall I thought it was a fun movie, entertaining and for the most part enjoyable. Spring Break Booked!
Just booked my spring break. I'm going to spending a day and a half in Edinburgh before travelling to Pitlochry, a little town about an hour to the north, for 2.5 days of hiking, resting, and otherwise B&Bing. While I will be staying in a hostel in Edinburgh, the only available accomodation in Pitlochry was a B&B - at about 10 pounds more per night ( Read more... ) -

Epic Sign Wars!
So on Saturday we noticed the Royal Veterinary College, who's dorm faces ours, had put up a sign that said "Hello, Unite!" (Our flat is owned by Unite Student Housing). New Jersey...
I'm fairly apathetic when it comes to politics, but I'll admit, Gay Marriage is one of the few issues I get really passionate about. I could go on and on about separation of church and state, love, logical fallacies, etc. But in the end, I suppose someday everyone will see (Like slavery and sexism before it) that denying gay marriage was a load of ( Read more... ) -
