i just spilt a whole cup of nasty paint water all over my bed and carpet....
ugh. i'm so frustrated with myself right now...
i think i need chocolate.

there's something odd about being strapped (literally strapped) down to a table as a treatment for back pains. having your ankles pulled taught is rather disturbing. and having a strap around your chin and head to stretch your back as the table rolls back and forth, while rollers massage your back, i couldn't help but laugh for a minute or so ( Read more... )
