So today I'm 38 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I'm ready to be done! With Alenya I went to 36 or 37...and this one I'm looking at full term. Ugh! Why does pregnancy have to be so long! Well, I wont be going in to work for the rest of my pregnancy. After talking with work about how my hands go numb and I'm having problems with driving...like hitting parked cars, they decided that I could just phone in. No matter what it seems like I can't get my joints to ease up. I guess getting on the computer, cleaning and doing all that other stuff instead of relaxing doesn't help at all though. So I want the house clean, I don't think anything is ready and I'm 36 weeks pregnant tomorrow! I'm starting to freak out because I don't feel ready for the baby at all!!! So tomorrow I go back to work. I have to get my uniform ironed and everything. I'm not looking forward to it. My joints from the arms down to my fingertips are all sore. I had my 35 week doctor's appointment. I don't care for the medical care here in Japan on base. In Norfolk I had a great midwife that explained things really well and spent quality time on the exam. These doctor's just check and go. They didn't even check if I was dilated! They don't do that till 38 weeks, I didn't even get that far with ( Read more... )
