Day 52

This morning's run was pathetic. I didn't want to go in the first place, but I made myself. Laziness is a bad excuse and I would regret it. So off I went, walked a couple minutes to my starting point for a quick warm up, and run run run. its better to stop than to injue yourself. so it's good that you did that, even if it meant cutting your run short.

that looks like a lot of walking, so that's a good make up for the shorter run, and since you already had more calories than normal just try and have a healthy afternoon. and if you don't its okay..it's just one day.

At least you did it and you got yourself motivated for the rest of the day. Even if it was a bad run, keeping yourself in the habit of exercise is useful overall. :) Good luck with the rest of your day! Keep it up!
