This morning's run was pathetic. I didn't want to go in the first place, but I made myself. Laziness is a bad excuse and I would regret it. So off I went, walked a couple minutes to my starting point for a quick warm up, and run run run. I wasn't really feeling it, but sometimes you just have to do it even if it's gonna be a bad run

that looks like a lot of walking, so that's a good make up for the shorter run, and since you already had more calories than normal just try and have a healthy afternoon. and if you don't its okay..it's just one day.
