You know what I don't understand? How extremely obese people can't afford diet pills that are about $60. They can afford $60 worth of food in 2 or 3 days. They can afford to go to a fast food restaurant and spend $20 of food, just on them. But they can't afford diet pills that will last them for a while, so that they can lose weight.
