Next time, Canucks. Next time.

First time back at the gym. Legs so sore. Hopefully this is the last 'restart'.

My maternal grandparents worked on a farm nearly their entire adult lives. I don't think I'll ever appreciate just how hard that life was compared to my relatively privileged and lucky existence. Hopefully I can live up to their high standards.

I have returned from my vacation. My suitcase has not. I believe that's 5 times out of 6 trips to the USA?

...I have officially paid off the remainder of my mortgage, though the transaction does not go through until Sept 1.

Special thanks to the best parents ever (who I will have paid off by Christmas :P).

My heart gets broken again in Game 7. Congratulations to the Bruins, and thank you, Canucks, for a hell of a run. Same time next year?

I don't know which hockey god is in charge of lucky bounces, but I'll take it.
