Cheesecake!

So, for Mike's birthday, I made a CHEESECAKE.  Shocking, IT CAME OUT.  Deliciously, even.  The crust could have been better, and the top cracked, but the filling was perfect and I decorated it to hide the cracking, so...voila!  Near-perfect cheesecake, to my surprise and joy.

THAT CHEESECAKE LOOKS AWESOME. I actually still haven't attempted cheesecake yet (Kala hates them, sadly) but I'm excited for when I get to try them out. They're tricky but delicious.

Ugh, I think I know the feeling about finally getting close to people just when you don't have much time left. I feel like I'm becoming much closer to people at school but I know I'm not going to be here much longer. Why do these things happen? It's so unfortunate.

It was awesome! I used a recipe that came out really well, if you want it? I'd just make a different kind of crust. What a shame that she doesn't like cheesecake. How can you not?!

I don't know. It's terribly unfair.

Oh yeah, I'd love the recipe! I HAVE NO IDEA HOW SHE CAN DISLIKE CHEESECAKE. It's one of the saddest parts of my life, since cheesecake is one of my favorite things.

It was! Thanks. I love strawberries on cheesecake, and they covered up the cracking. Perfect all around.
