Ok so it's official that I am leaving for Texas sometime at the end of December. And it is now just really hitting me. I have been fighting my family's and friend's opinions about my relationship and me moving to Texas for the past couple of months or so. i think you're getting cold feet. i think that if you didn't really want to be doing this, you wouldn't have gone through all the trouble and taken all the steps you have. it's a little crazy to be moving halfway across the country to be with someone, but if you love him like you say you do, then it'll be more than worth it. plus life is too damn short to play it safe. i think you're incredibly brave/ballsy for doing this and i think ultimately you're making the right decision, even if it seems insane ( ... )

He would come back to Georgia if he could. But he made a decision to get based in Texas over a year ago before he went to korea. He can't move. The military are bitches and control his life. Since he only has a little under 2 years left, he has to stay at this base to finish out his 6 years. Pretty much when you are in the military, the military comes first. Plus there is no base here for him.

You made new friends at each school you went to. You moved to athens and made new friends. You will make friends at work and school. It might take a little time, but ifthis is truely what your heart desires then yes it is the right decision.
