I have had a low-grade migraine for four days.

Four. Fucking. Days.

Does anyone have some tips for getting rid of it? Please? I'll try anything short of something weird like standing on my head and sniffing a dog's butt while spinning crystals on a string. I'm approaching desperate.

I had an asthma attack and had leave work to go to the hospital. Instead of going to the ER, I made an emergency appointment at Kaiser because I was still able to get air in, I was just laboring to breathe and all I needed was to be put on a nebulizer.
