These are the best pancakes ever. I've stopped eating gluten products entirely, like I'm supposed to, so I've been making them all this time without knowing what they taste like. I just realized that I never wrote about how mom found a kitty about two weeks ago. I just renewed the lost kitty ad in the paper. Here are pictures of him. Mom refuses to name him but I call him Binky because I have to call him something other than "orange cat". He's young, we're guessing maybe 6 months or so.

Friday, I went to see an endocrinologist and paid the doctor to tell me that there was nothing he could do and that I should consider anti-depressants if the mood swings are an issue. Stupid fucker.
