It depends on the situation. If the person in question did only a minor crime, then yes I believe they should be given a second chance.

But if what they did hurt several others and had grave  irreversible results then they don't deserve forgiveness whatsoever.

Other than the whole incident with my armor, this "St. Patrick's Day" was nice. The food and music was good at least. But I didn't need to see that weird boy getting blitzed in the fountain.
