So earlier in the week I got the info brochure / instructions for the Cherry Blossom 10-miler. Found out they had no Friday evening expo, no way to pick up your race bib Friday. Saturday - had a ultimate frisbee game. We were ahead by 2 towards the end, then ran out of time and were capped when up by 1 - next couple of points win - the other team got a quick 3 and won
I played a bunch, scored a point.

It was a nice day - warm and very bright. I the early afternoon I went out and ran the 6 mile loop. A bit slower than last week, I was a bit sore from yesterday's intervals workout, and my legs didn't have the same push in them ( Read more... )

On Thursday - went out to the rugby field next to the reflecting pool for frisbee practice. Could only be there for 30 mins, but at least it was something, met a few new teammates.
