I learned a new acronym last week (the French have one for everything) - PAI, or 'produits agroalimentaires intermédiaires' - which roughly translates as 'ingredients'. I wonder what the Irish College was like if you gassed all the current staff, and put in better/cleverer ones? Or they could run it like America's Next Top Model , where one gets voted off each week? Nicola could be Tyra Banks.
