Ha, that's awesome! If everything stays on schedule here I should be in the mythical land of Doha soon, I'm slated for leave 25APR....what is the AFAST test?

i had to retake the dlab under armed guard was because
and only because i had scored so high on the dlab and so looooooooooooow on the mechanics portion
they were under the imnpression that NOBODY could be so smart AND so dumb
fooled them, didn't I?
I did better the second time,
the armed guard just made me be more cautious
since it was my second time taking the test in the same day,
it was easier, short term memory kicked in

Doha was great when I was there around R&R time. It's even nicer than our rinky dink post back here in Germany.

It's moments like that I wish I was around! = ) I'm sure the whole test thingy didn't turn out as bad as you thought.
