National Day Rally today. How time flies. 2 years ago I was just back from Hong Kong with T and M and was an usher at the Rally. Ended up having to sit in the empty spaces and next to this very amused MP. Had to prep face into very interested look in case the cameras caught me. Fortunately, they didn't.

Post-Christmas and surprisingly i am not that Sian to get back to work. Have a bag full of belated presents. It being my first time over Xmas in this org, I wasn't sure who to go presents for. The paiseh part is not having any presents to return on the spot.

Half day today! Left office just and am heading to Chinatown for lunch with the bf. then I suppose I'll head home for a nap or maybe pop by orchard for a bite of shopping. Then it's Thai food dinner tonight and church!

The bus weaving through orchard is a cheery reminder that Xmas n the festive season is here.

On the 'flat' front, we finally got a decent Q no. Decent still falls outside the prescribed number of flats, ie 199 out of 190, but to date since ten out of sixty applicants have pulled out, we will definitely have a fighting chance at getting a flat which is not on the bloody second floor.
