What a great way to start a Sunday morning!

I love Xander having his way with injured Spike! How deliciously naughty!

Buffy was really irresponsible here but she is human and prone to mistakes. Hopefully, Xander's advice has given her something to think about. Still, I don't think she and Riley are going to make it.

And that last ending scene was awesome! I can't wait to see what you do with Dawn/The Key in this altered reality. This should be fun!

Spike was pretty harsh on Buffy because a lot of her bad judgment here was because of Dracula's mind whammy.

So glad you liked the little Dawn teaser. Since in this 'verse, Spike has been sble to sense magic, I liked the idea of him sensing the spell taking effect, even if he won't retain the memory. *g*

*GASP* oh noo it's DAWN. now im really curious as to how she will fit into this verse. i hope she's slightly less teenagery, cuz she sure knew how to scream in the show. my eardrums ring in remembrance.
oh and that scene was HOT. which is unfortunate for me because here i am trying to not melt into a puddle in this weather, and now im not even that. i need a fan now.

The DVD commentaries say that they wrote some of Dawn's scenes before they cast her, intending the part for a younger actress. But I agree - she had am ear-piercing scream.

Yep, the first scene the muse put in my head for Book 4 was Dracula, the second was a Dawn/Spike scene that's up next.

Dawn and Spike were so great together. Such an awkward, sweet big brother vibe Spike had going. I was really excited when the muse woke up because that gave me a chance to play with those two.

What can I say? Thank you so much for the wonderful compliments. I'm so pleased that people have enjoyed this version of the boys. They've certainly sunk their teeth into me! (sends hugs*
