this week is my first taste of reality. so far this week, non stop from 9 am to 5 pm i have been working in nashua doing yard work, i then come home and run then if i have time go to the Y and lift, eat dinner then read grapes of wrath. Tonight is the first night this week i am not hanging out with Dave and Dave. I just wrote a letter to one of the most prestigious track coaches in the USA asking for advice. Lots and lots and lots and lots of running, lots of lifting and lots of being busy. I got my license and i also ran 53 miles last week. I've gained 8 pounds of muscle mass in the last three weeks from lifting. Also lots of cross country board game, the legend of Zach Furlong has been laid to rest.
