Doing better, finally. On top of strep throat and ear infection, I ended up with a sinus infection also. Before my vacation, I made it a point to bake cookies this year for the holidays. I really wanted to do something special, since I never bake for myself outside of work. So every day for the week before Christmas, I got up at 11am and baked until leaving for work at 3:15 (we were so busy I had to go in early), get home at 3-3:30am, and continue ( Read more... )
