I have an unbelievable amount of material to learn and know well by monday. sometimes it's best to say nothing at all.

i find myself constantly grabbing for control that was lost too long ago to reach. there is not a single aspect of my life that i have the upper hand in, and it is not fitting well with my personality. but the harder i try to climb on top, the further under i fall. what's worse is no one to tell.

it's monday night (st. Paddy's day) and i should be studying for a linguistics exam. i am not. I am listening to songs that remind me of last summer. it was a good summer. almost every good memory i have of it is being at jeff's cabin with tony and all his friends.
