Almost certainly the greatest novel published by the talented Pertrina Streat

I'm a great fan of vanity publishing.

Almost certainly. You can preview the book on that page & read a chapter or two. Actually, it's so bad, I feel a bit sad about mocking it ... x

Jesus frankly christ, I'm terrified. Isn't there supposed to be a bit in between writing something and publishing it where you read what you've written?

I ran a storytelling workshop the other day with a bunch of 17 year olds, and our 'one-word-each-and-no-stopping-to-think' exercise was, I'm fairly certain, quite a lot better than this.

What do you expect from a woman who by the sounds of it, failed to spellcheck her own name?

PublishAmerica is better than Lulu, simply because of these firm denial that they are a vanity press. If you haven't seen them already, here's a few examples I think you'll get a kick out of.

My friend ordered me a copy of Aka Shinema for xmas last year. It never arrived.

I like (by which I mean I'm snarkily disparaging of) the fact that the first sentence of the book makes no sense.

I like the bit where the princess kicks the knight in the bollocks as a joke & they both laugh hoho!
