I went to Ikea in Charlotte with C.Becky and Ruthie today. It was a blast. We all had the day off so we went for a trip and drove the two hours to go to A. Ikea (Best home store ever) B. So I noticed today while I was running that I don't run correctly. I run only on my toes. Now, when I was younger from when I learned to walk to the first few years of my life I was always on my toes. I walked, ran, jump and just stood in place on them.
