Oh my god.  I should know better than to eat meat that tastes a little off.  Even to be polite to my house mother.

In my defense, it was also a really weird piece of sausage of some type that they don't have in America, so I couldn't have been expected to know what it was supposed to be like.  Jesus, I haven't been this violently ill in recent

They both said they weren't feeling very well, but it was only a little intestinal distress. Then they had a very fast conversation in which my house-sister told her mom that she shouldn't buy meat like something (that was a little fast, but I'm pretty sure the gist of it was "past the expiration date" because her mother responded with "It's still good. Meat is expensive.") It's like they don't understand that I'm here, y'know, learning French. I think I understand a little more than they think I do, not least because my spoken French is a little behind the curve.

Mostly better now, but I was in and out of that damn bathroom until two in the morning. I hope the continuous noise kept the house-mom up. Bitch.

i'm sensitive to even slightly undercooked pig. Not a taste thing, a weak constitution thing. :/
