I have to wonder if it was something like this.

While this sucks for Jorge Trinidad (the deceased), I'm left wondering how this sort of thing happens.

It's pretty easy for me to imagine: cutting along the bank of a little pond on a riding mower, when the bank goes soft and gives out one side, rolling you in. It'd really, really suck, since drowning is a shitty way to die. Especially drowning at work. Under a fucking lawnmower.
