I did sit ups the other day, for the first time in years, and two days later my stomach is still sore.
That is just embarrassingly unfit.

I have just watched the first part of the INXS mini-series, and it was amazing. Well done channel 7. The actor who played Michael Hutchence was amazing.

I can't wait for the second part.
If only all television was that good.
