john, this sounds like a very cold, scum bag way of looking at it, and every girl that reads this will think me a horrible person, but this is pretty much the complete truth. If she hasn't fucked you or have done something almost there within a few meaningful nights of hanging out alone, then she's still doing some fucking, but it's just with your mind. If they really ever cared and were into you that way, you'd know from the start, and even then, you still can't be completely sure, but at least it's a start, until then, just take that to realize that, they're either fucking you, or fucking with you.
