I've started back somewhat. I'm having a heck of a time staying motivated and figure after the 1st it will definitely be easier to keep on track. I definitely held off for a while because of breastfeeding as well but haven't really seen it effect my supply any, but of course I'm doing higher calories than I would if I wasn't breastfeeding so....
