hahahaha omg... I've gone and done it. It's official. I'm insane. I just registered for my very first half marathon!!! St. Jude's Memphis 1/2 in December - here I come!!!

 So, I did my 4th 5k run/walk race (called Cadillac Firecracker) this morning at 7. I love that it was my 4th on the 4th. My personal goal was to to be finished with it in an hour. Mind you, my previous races have been over an hour (and my first was an hour and 29 minutes). I knew that if I paced myself well, that doing it in an hour was feasible. ( Read more... )

So, I did my 3rd 5k walk of the year so far yesterday. It was absolutely GORGEOUS outside. We started at Centennial Park, went down West End and turned right onto 17th to Music Cir and around and down 16th to Church St to Elliston and back to Centennial Park.
