I've decided to scale back my ambitiousness in the kitchen after a few failed efforts. Time to retreat to safe ground where I know I won't screw up to bolster my confidence. I shall never blanch at frozen or condensed food! It is far too convenient and often quite yummy!

If you need a few crockpot recipes, let me know and I shall see what I can find. Do you have any preferences? White chicken chili is my specialty, but I am certain that I have others.
