Those days spent reading under the desk. So much down time. Lending, borrowing and suggesting favorite books. Sending messages on an old poetry site where we spilled all. Long gone familiarities that are so comfortable. Characters like old friends tucked between the pages.

So I drove up to Tigard by myself tonight to go dancing. Apparently there was some performance going on so they had our section of the ballroom separated and it was REALLY hot in there. So I have been working on getting stuff done for my independent study Maya class and guess what? The teacher sends us an email saying he can't make it today and can we meet Wednesday instead. Tonight is also one of those nights where hot chocolate, a hot tub, a nice massage and someone to cuddle with would not be amiss either.
