First time in Vancouver

Saturday was my chance to go or do anything I wanted for my birthday... so I picked going to Vancouver! (In Canada, not Washington.) I was dying to go since I came to Seattle, having heard great things about it.

I too love Vancouver... what a beautiful city! Did you go to Stanley park? It's superior to just about any park in Seattle. Why'd you move to Seattle anyway? Just out of curiosity...

No Stanley Park... we just walked around downtown, wherever there were stores. I hadn't done my homework before going, so I didn't know where to go.

Superior even to Green Lake??? (I heart Green Lake!)

We moved because hubby got a job transfer. We had 3 other options actually (I had to write about that one of these days!) and we picked Seattle. So I had to quit my perfect (although severely underpaid) Advertising job, and now I can't find another. :-(
