While I agree that the law is unfair for bars and other establishments that are primarily smoking, There is a ligit reason for a law like this. Establishments such as Applebee's that have always had smoking sections, do not seperate their smoking from non-smoking well enough. And employees of those bar and grills often ahve to work in smoking environments that put them in danger of many health risks. Although I don't think this particular law was the answer, I think we should have had a less stict more exact law that applied to those kinds of establishments but left abrs, cigar and tobacco shops, stc. alone.

'but the job market's so bad i can't find another job, and i don't have money for a degree.' well, dammit, suffer...you should have thought about a long time ago and paid more attention in high school and got a fucking scholarship
