Having lived all my life in Montana, I couldn't get over the greenery in New Orleans when we visited there in January. FLOWERS IN BLOOM! Most of the plants there would die if you even said "Montana" to them.

Right now I'm blown away by the humidity. People keep saying, "Oh it's nothing, wait until August" - which is the universal lets-mess-with-the-visitor line, but seriously, I don't care how unbearable it *can* get, I care how it *is* now.

...even typing Montana lowered the temperature 5 degrees.
