I bought some bacon that I thought was fine and fancy bacon but it is actually BEEF bacon. I don't know how anybody figures beef can be bacon, but it is still going into the potato soup tomorrow, along with two kinds of potatoes, some leeks, a couple of onions, maybe some garlic and definitely some sour cream, which I did not buy, so maybe not ( Read more... )
