Neither sounds good.

But cancer is probably worse. You go through so much when you have it. Dying a slow painful death is no fun

As bad as it sounds I think that A faster death would be better. My aunt had cancer and suffered for 4 years. She wanted to die so bad. But no onw would allow that. It was hard to she her in pain.

but a car crash would be sudden. if someone you loved had cancer, you would be aware of the fact that they might die in advance(usually?). car wrecks are out of the blue and they're terrible. but people suffer longer with cancer and it's really sad to see them slowly get sicker and weaker...i can't choose :/ hah.
