Tonight, I cooked...

...savory ham and rice (new recipe, good but not awesome--too healthy-tasting)
...shark
...chicken (pre-cooking for Thursday)
...stew beef (to freeze tomorrow after I skim the broth)
...ground pork (already in freezer)
...boiled eggs
...iced tea (brewed another three-quart container)
...cabbage

I'm curious as to how you prepared the shark. I've normally grilled it, though I've seen it baked. I presume you can fry it like any other fish, but I'm not sure that I've ever seen it that way. I know I've never fixed it that way.

Still, mmmm, shark. :)

Cut it thinner (three layers for the thickest piece) and poached it in the oven with veggie broth, with seasonings. The little piece that I sampled to make sure it was done tasted great.

True, poaching's often a great method with fish, too. I should try that sometime with shark. Sounds tasty!

Oh, hmmm. Beef Stew. A good idea. I've not tried making it, but there are several sites that have such. Stew meat, taters, onions, something something.
