Excuse me...

...could someone please help me find a replacement for my "What the fuck kind of drugs should you be on asshole?" meter?

I just saw someone claim that there is no such thing as AIDS, and that there is no scientific evidence to support it.

Usually such persons are politicians - so what can one expect?

There's quite a few of them out there, who firmly believe that AIDS is caused by the drugs that the money-hungry drug companies are selling to make $$$. It's the same kind of misunderstanding with respect to scientific progress that has spawned Creationism and Intelligent Design.

Just ignore them and they'll go away. Calling them names doesn't help anyone, and plenty of politicians are smart folks who want to make a difference, not a pile of money.

I also had recently to replace my "What the fuck kind of drugs should you be on asshole?" meter when a student of mine claimed, as a matter of belief because he'd seen a TV show, that humans never actually landed on the moon. Because if they had, there would be stairs between here and there.

Cracked my meter into tiny little shards.

I had to order a new one from MentalHeathGuard, but I don't think this one is as effective. I keep getting bleed-through headaches.
