Congratulations on the house! So much better than renting. Apart from all the bills, and the maintenance, and the mortgage, and... anyway.

My advice: If you have boxes in garage in 5 years that you still haven't opened, you can throw them away. :op

Hey, we still had maintenance and bills and rent with the other house. I feel this is a much better trade off.

Oh, and I agree about the boxes not needed after 5 years, though I would check them first just in case you had the comic book which first introduced Superman stashed at the bottom of one of them. ;)
